Sterling underlying structure of background check is consistent with IRS: Follow the money trail to confirm your previous employer. In case of Drug Test, abide by government approved test lab results. You cannot be any more scientific, can you.

Their technical support is poor. I have been requesting assistance with the billing and technical issues for over a year. Some times when we submit backgrounds our own last name appears on the report (not the correct last name of the person we are running the report on). I would not recommend this company. When we first signed up with them it was wonderful. Not sure what has happened over the past three years but the company is not the same. Closing account as soon as possible.
