Appreciate the Thoroughness, but times frames of when people graduated (25-30) years ago need to be taken into consideration. Things were not electronic, we did everything manually. Also, covid has put things behind at least three months. You cant get a transcript overnight, it’s impossible. Other than that I appreciate the help and effort of Sterling Staff!

We went there to hire a car.The man we talk to us said it was 140 euro for two days. We went back to our appartement and my husband looked .online . It was 80 euro. Then I talked to a lady at the hotel. She said she could make a deal voor 100. We had to pay her 40 euro in cash. We didnt trust it so we went back to the dealer and asked how it was possible to get 3 different numbers. He was a little bit annoid.and said we had to pay for the assurance. But first they said it was all inclusive. We went home and hire a car by a different company. Because we dient trust Sterling any more.

The process was relatively easy and non-threatening. I had a technical issue and called customer support. The support rep was excellent. She got to the bottom of the issue and we got it fixed in a couple of minutes. I was surprised (pleasantly) at how quickly the check was completed. Other background checks have taken a few weeks, but this one was done in a few days. All in all, a really good experience.
