I called the Sterling helpline for guidance on a background screening check I was participating in for a new job and found the support representative helpful, patient and polite.

Sterling...is a joke..worst service ever..there is no way it takes 4 months for a background check...I believe there are giving out people info to the wrong people...and also the people that are saying there backgrounds came back quickly is a lie..those people probably work for the company, so they can have good reviews..Trash of a company..I would recommend Good hire for your background checks..way fast and very professional unlike these guys..They also lie to you about when your background will be available..

I didnt even want to give this company one star! Communication is very poor and the background process is endless. Its been over 2 months since I was required to complete a background through them and I am still waiting! Constant emails for employment verification and no communication on each step of the process. This is ridiculous.

Extremely poor. Offered a job on the 16th February and still waiting to start as I’m waiting on a background check. Sent countless documents and the correspondence has been very poor. 3-4 phones calls and told something different everytime.

could not log in to fill out health history. they had me fill out a health history form at CVS where i took my dot physical. everything went well.
