The Sterling Team was quick to reply to information updates. I submitted an updated phone number for a former supervisor to the support team… they got it and let me know it was under control. This is a small thing but it speaks to the team closing the loop on a process with those being screened… less ambiguity is better and they kept it to a minimum.
