This has been a devastating…
This has been a devastating experience. This company has now cost me my reputation with an employer. They took 20 plus business days to complete this incorrect report. I called multiple times and was given varying information regarding the duration of my wait time. After receiving the report they had my name incorrect along with a murder conviction for a different man being credited to my supposed identity. A simple check of the correctional system record shows this man to be of a different race having no similar features other than being a male.

The Customer Reps were so helpful!
The Customer Reps were so helpful! They sat with me on the phone while I located and uploaded missing documents and helped to forward my documents to complete my file for processing. I spoke to two reps: Jeremiah and Laukik and they were personable, thoughtful, and kind. It was a pleasant interaction with both of them!
