Great insoles, amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and when I emailed them they shipped me the correct size right away!!!

These are a game changer I work 12 hour shifts with the most of that spent on my feet I won’t say they take away all the foot pain but they do make it some what easier to do a 12 hour shift.

Although Stepprs are lovely and spongy, unfortunately they are too thick for use in the shoes and walking boots I had hoped to use them in… very uncomfortable… After initial offer of 40% refund and to keep insoles a full refund was given on me reminding staff that on their site it says 100% refund given within 90 days if not happy with purchase… Disappointed it took a few emails to get 100% refund…

Despite the tracking system showed that my Stepprs arrived my home, I couldn’t receive them actually. I asked to re-send them, and I could receive. I’m satisfied.

Very comfortable

My feet still hurt, it takes longer for it to happen. I believe changing my work boots and using steppers hopefully helps me.
