Response from customer service was great. Not receiving updates through email for order confirmation or shipping info is concerning.

My husband stands on concrete and metal floors all day. His feet were really having lots of pain, by the end of the day. He tried the Stepprs and was very pleased for the relief he felt. He doesn’t give products positive comments often but he likes Stepprs.

Stepprs provides insoles that are very comfortable but most importantly very reliable. As someone who works as a delivery driver, I am constantly on my feet & with the insoles from Stepprs I never have to worry about feeling any pain or discomfort.

Have ordered products several times over the last yea and the experience from order to delivery has been exemplary. My latest order had a minor delivery issue that required support from Stepprs and they did not disappoint. They were on it very soon after I emailed them and kept in timely contact with me whilst the delivery issue was resolved. Thank you.

This company is awesome. I accidentally ordered a incorrect size in amongst a larger order and asked if I could return the incorrect ones. Nothing is a drama, fast and prompt service. The insoles are great too, have them in all my regular shoes now, definitely helping with my plantar fasciitis and being on my feet all day. Highly recommend.

I had my doubt at first. But after spending alot of money on insert for my working that did not help the comfort and was destroyed after 2 week i have stepprs a shot. I got to say that right now i wish i bough more because they ARE comfortable like i could not imagine.
