StepprsReviews of stepprs.com

I was waiting for about 2 weeks so the delivery time was terrible but I don't blame them for the delay sometimes this happens. I'm on my feet all day and my feet hurt pretty bad. I received them yesterday and was able to wear them in my boots today and I'm really surprised at how good they worked. I am going to be honest so as to encourage the next customer to give them a try. I'm not paid or work in any way for the people who created and sell them. Just being honest. My only hope is that they continue to provide the support they provide and hope they don't flatten out. I will be honest if they do I'll definitely be back to add to my review. But so far so good I encourage the next person to try them and hopefully they feel the same satisfaction.

I am very happy with the Insoles you delivered to me. My feet are now supported in ways they weren't before. Although my insoles took a little while to be delivered, Customer Service were very responsive and I really appreciated that.

Order 3 pairs in Size US12, what I wear, but there sizing is strange or they send me the wrong size (Stepprs claims they send the correct size. I don’t know how they know without checking the Insoles in live). They are 1,8cm smaller in length then my US12 Insoles that I have in my shoes. Stepprs advertises with a Money back guarantee. After writing them, I have to send back the Insoles to China in order to get back my money, so that the return costs are more expensive than the actual Insoles. So they false advertising makes people think if they are not satisfied, they get there money back what is in the end a scam because nobody will pay the return that cost more than the actual product. In the return policy is no mention of a warehouse only in China and that the customer had to pay for the return (maybe they changed in the meantime the return policy but I made screenshots of the return policy at that time) I wouldn’t recommend buying from them because they scamming people with false advertisement and fooling people into believing they get their money back if not satisfied.

Would give zero if I could 18days still not delivered I have moved Address now and T they will not refund me or send a new order to the address I now live at. They just say check tracking order. Don’t take orders if you dont have the product terrible.

Much better than any of the other stuff I used and didn't take long to arrive. No complaints

Can’t tell you if they are any good as they still haven’t arrived. Please don’t take orders if you cannot fulfill the order. Your customer service team do at least reply but what’s the point if there isn’t a product. Get it sorted.

Super comfy! Highly recommend because honestly it made a big difference! Reasonable price….

I am really pleased with my purchase! Stepprs really helped my paining my feet!! Highly recommend!
