Great costumer service!!

I recently ordered a size 11 for my husband however they were unfortunately too small. I contacted the seller and they have sent a bigger size FOC which is so greatly appreciated and rare! Wonderful customer and friendly gesture.

Ordered size 49/50 . They are no where near the size of other innersoles I have had before . They are a lot smaller and very narrow . I'm not sure if the wrong size was put in the packet . That's what it seems like . Wouldn't order again .

I ordered the black Stepprs in-soles. Using the chart. I ordered my size. Size 9. When they arrived I noted straight away they were too small. They were a size 8 not 9 that I ordered. I contacted Stepprs and pointed out the error. Evelyn from stepprs replied she said that I had ordered size 9. Evelyn included a size chart in her reply. On further inspection I discovered their size chart is wrong. A UK size 9 is an EU 43 or US 10. The stepprs chart is a size smaller. I have pointed this out to them. Be warned when buying to double check the size. Also, delivery takes at least two weeks. On a positive note. Evelyn kindly offered a free replacement and the offer to pass on the wrong size ones to someone else instead of returning them. An overall good experience. The in-soles are comfortable and I would definitely buy again.

Extremely comfortable insoles!

I purchased these insoles based on their advertised risk free, 30 day money back guarantee. I received them and tried them is a few pairs of shoes. They do not fix the discomfort in my foot. Within the 30 day period I wrote the company a few times to get a refund but was only offered 40% then 50%, or a full refund if I pay to ship them back to China at great expense which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Risk free and money back guarantee leads me to believe I'd get a full refund which they are not offering. 2/7/25 Update... After Stepprs read my Trustpilot review they agreed to refund my purchase price, no return required.

Very comfortable and as advertised. I am going to order more.
