I read about Stepprs insoles and was skeptical at first as I have tried all sorts of insoles in the past with the same result... Uncomfortable feet at the end of the day. Nevertheless there was a good deal just before Christmas so got 3 pairs. I put one pair in my walking boots just before I went to London and spent all day on my feet. I was very surprised to find that my feet didn't ache at all. Since then I've swapped the insoles of my working shoes, my fav trainer and just ordered 3 more pairs so I can put them in my hiking boots!

Great customer service My original parcel was missing, contacted with customer service. They resend me a new parcel immediately.

When my Stepprs arrived, the size that was sent didn't match my shoes. I let Stepprs know, and they promptly sent out the right size. They showed that they want their customers to have a good experience. The insoles themselves are good. I've only worn them for a few weeks. I put them into my shoes that were stiff and uncomfortable. Stepprs has made them wearable again.

Terrible customer service, first order of 2 pairs didn’t send a confirmation email and after many messages asking of the whereabouts of my order 1 month after ordering them they finally said they had been delivered. They were not delivered to my house and no note was left, god only knows where they were sent or if they were sent at all. I then spent ages trying to prove I didn’t have them and stepprs had the cheek to ask me to contact the courier and local postal depot. Of course none of these parties knew anything about the ‘delivery’. Eventually after much hassle and complaint stepprs sent out a new order which took ages to arrive and THEN finally they were the incorrect size from what I ordered. I asked for size 43 and they sent size 41/42. They then doubled down on this and blamed me for ordering the wrong size and even went as far as providing a false order confirmation showing size 41/42 which I could not argue because they never provided an order confirmation in the first place. All they did was forward me their own second order confirmation that was obviously done incorrectly in haste. I sent them a photo of the clear size difference to my current insoles and they refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept any responsibility. Total waste of time and money and the quality of the insoles seems way short of what they promised. They are refusing to refund my hard earned money and have taken up so much of my time. Was supposed to receive 2x pairs insoles over 10 days ago. Never received them. Been in contact with customer support for those 10+ days asking for a refund and they keep saying they're delivered. They sent me a picture of "proof of delivery" that was not even my building. (We have clearly different-coloured mailboxes) Back and forth in e-mails, they keep going back to "we sent your order already". Turns out they were delivered somewhere completely different, I have no access. Now they wont give refund. "Insured shipping," what a joke. The delivery loses my package and now I'm the one who is 'paying' by having to deal with this for almost 2 weeks long. SUPER DISAPPOINTING. BAD SUPPORT. DON'T ORDER HERE.

Bought some Steppers for myself. And loved them so much, made second order for my wife, and more for all of my shoes! Well second order was half wrong. Steppers customer service team was great, and got a new order out to me ASAP. 👍
