Planter fasciitis support
So my planter fasciitis is too severe for the steppers to be enough support in my everyday shoes however I have found they work well in my slippers to wear around the house

It have a bit comfort comparing to ordinary sole, but comparing to its price it's not worth buying. It should not mor than $10.

Honest review am not a robot
So I brought theses on a wim. At first theses didn't seem to be working . Put ive had plantar fasciitis for over 4 years . So mine was very severe. BOTH FEET The pain I would experience would effect my sleep. I would go on holiday for a week rest up and the pain would return. Am still in a little pain . So I thought let's give theses a shot . So glad I did. One problem was I live in the UK. The deliver was around 3 weeks . Little pricey for what they are also . Also if your still in pain don't walk around in barefooted after a long day in work. I've bought birkenstock for around the house which have lift under my arch.

Foot Support
The stepper has somewhat good support. However I deal with bad flat feet l have a time finding good support insoles. Plus being heavy don't help so your insole are soft they don't support my ankles and feet well enough.

I wore my steppers from 6 AM throughout…
I wore my steppers from 6 AM throughout the day at the stampede fair on pavement and concrete all day until 11 o’clock at night and my feet were not aching as they would normally be. Which is a relief I have spent years and years, trying to find something that was cushioned enough to give me this result.

Its really nice comforting and good for…
Its really nice comforting and good for daily use when you have to walk down the city, work and come back. I went well with my US Polo casual shoes but when I tried it with my Adidas shoes there was very less space to keep the grip of the shoes. So it really depends upon how much space the shoes has in terms on height. BUt definitely good and confortable till now.
