At first I wasn’t sure about these, given that the advertisement kept showing up on my Facebook feed. I waited about six months before a deal came along, and I thought what the heck. What can I lose. First impressions were that they are very soft, potentially too soft. I was worried that they might not provide sufficient support for running and basketball. But actually, after the first try it turns out that they’re absolutely fine, and they really do make a difference to how I feel when I’m running, the impact is significantly less. I love them, and I’ve ordered an extra couple of pairs, one of which I immediately handed to my friend with plantar fasciitis. I will buy them again if they run out of juice.

Not as claimed to relieve pain from plantar fasciitis as there’s no arch support.
