Very comfortable as im on my feet all day

Was not what was advertised. The insoles are thin .. I wanted to walk on clouds.. unfortunately the insoles were of same quality of what u can buy at any supermarket.

I had quite severe pain in my left foot causing a lot of discomfort. It also curtailed the amount of walking and exercise that I normally did. Over a period of about a month the pain subsided slightly. I spotted an advert for Stepprs insoles and purchased two pairs out of desperation. I began using the insoles on arrival and immediately felt a lot more comfortable and as time went on the discomfort gradually subsided. Initially thought that the insoles a bit expensive but over the next month the pain and discomfort disappeared. As I do a lot more walking during the winter months I decided to invest in another two pairs of Stepprs insoles to use in my walking boots and conclude that maybe they are not too expensive after all.

From the point of sale to the delivery process was faultless. The product was very good and I got immediate relief when I first installed them. I was so impressed with them, I have ordered some more for a family member.

I did not receive anything from Steppers. I messaged you to tell you and your answer was that the postal service said it was delivered. The postal service DID NOT say that it was delivered to my house or mailbox. Either resend a replacement free of charge or credit my source of payment. UPDATE: I am still being denied a refund even though I have received a delivery receipt with a picture of the home and address this product was delivered to which is not my home and physical address shown is not my address.

Insoles at a good price, very flexible and supportive. Use them in my golf shoes, makes the round more comfortable.

They are ok. Certainly not as life changing as I had hoped!

So far they feel great in my work boots my feet feel good at the end of the day
