StepprsReviews of stepprs.com

I made the mistake of putting the wrong shipping address and they rectified the situation and made it right. Great customer service and great insoles

I was diagnosed with mortens neuroma and really struggle in the colder months with closed in shoes. I’ve tried Stepprs and the pain seems to be alleviated. A much better option than surgery which I’ve now cancelled. Thank you.

I had some issues with the product itself. Asked for a rembuirsement and they dealt with it properly.

Don't buy from this company they state 6-8 working days for delivery . False advertising I been waiting 3 weeks still no delivery Order says at yodel sorting office status ain't changed in 10 days . Contacting there customer service now for refund .

I bought these initially for myself, a slipped disc had left me with back pain and horrid pain in my feet that left me hobbling after a long day of walking. Within just a few days of wearing these the pain eased I can now spend all day on my feet with no back pain and no more hobbling after work. To really try them out I used them in my shoes when on a London trip, pain free that day and the next. So, I bought a pair for my husband who has been suffering with knee pain, 2 days of wearing them and the pain lessened; a week after no pain and he no longer wears the knee support. These insoles are fabulous.

On medication which causes foot problems, these insoles have improved my walking distance . Plus less corns.
