My order due yesterday but didn't

Don't buy from this company! The products are bought in bulk from a different manufacturer and then repackaged to be sold for a premium. Also, the endorsements on the websites are sketchy, especially from the supposed "podiatrist". The adverts and images on the website are often AI-generated- a HUGE red flag.

I’ve used insoles in the past. These by far exceeded my expectations regarding comfort and wear. Would definitely recommend.

Zero support! Zero cushion! These Insoles are made of extremely soft foam than compresses completely under human weight. If you need any support, have planter fasciitis, or are looking for any real comfort there are not the insole for you. There is nothing firm in them. You can tell these are made in the millions in a foam press. I got a full refund as requested.

Ordered 5 pairs insoles 9th November, got tracking updates until 10th November when package arrived at sorting centre Then nothing until I contacted PayPal on 19th Nov to initiate refund. I then received tracking updates and had them delivered today 21st Nov with a nice emailed apology from Stepprs. All’s well that ends well I guess!

2 days late but not a problem

Delivery took more than a week and the smell was awful, nasty smell from the insoles. Very disappointed.

Se cercate su AliExpress troverete lo stesso prodotto a 3-5€. Questi signori, nel momento in cui fate l'ordine, lo trasmettono direttamente a un magazzino terzo in Cina che poi spedirà il pacco. Infatti molti si lamentano dei tempi di attesa. L'unica cosa che fanno è aggiungere il loro logo. State attenti e non fatevi fregare
