Very good insoles ,did the job on my planter faceitisis

Cheap rubbish from China... They are just spending money on marketing to lure people in. The same stuff on Temu is ten times cheaper. Customer service doesn't exist there - I complain about quality but get no response. People, please do not buy this — it’s nothing special.

ABSOLUTE SCAM - do not buy from this company ,ordered on 31st of October still waiting for delivery. have emailed and left messages. company said it has been delivered. I have said it’s not and they are just ignoring me. They refuse to give me a refund and they refuse to send me my delivery. Do not touch this company. They will just take your money and steal it. SCAM - AVOID

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and immediately emailed the company for an exchange. They were very willing to assist with the correct size with no problems whatsoever. Great company and will order again soon.

Easy to order,about a week to arrive,great quality well worth the money. This is the second order, i had had plantar fasciitis for 8 months i saw these online and thought I'll give them a chance, after a short while I am walking pain free,so I have got a pair in all my shoes. Well done steppers and thank you.

Don’t bother buying Stepprs unless you have already a pair of shoes 1 size bigger than your regular! They are indeed comfortable to step on, but, due to their height, it’s impossible for your feet to fit in your regular sized shoes. I bought the heel relief kit including 2 pairs of heel cushion pads. I meant to use the pads for winter boots that are worn at the heel area on the inside. Although they seemed to stick well, once I put my foot in, the cushion was misplaced. I wouldn’t recommend either of the products.

I ordered the cashmere soles, delivered 16 days after (not 6 as stated). As i tried them by just standing on them not even moving the cashmere was already falling off. When i explained the 2 issues to customer service the response was "Good news, the product has been delivered"

There great so soft for your shoes and sneakers! Love them and hope they will be as soft and comfortable for your feet!
