Placed an order but my account on their website has no sign of the order and the order number I have is not recognised for tracking. Payment has been made so I'm thinking this company might be a scam. I have emailed them to ask what is going on but have had no confirmation of that email or of my order.

EXACT same situation as the last reviewer, Ordered on the 7th of NOV and the tracking number that they provided started in China, the Philly went to the local Mail hub, then back to PA where its been sitting for nearly a week, contacted customer service and they replied with a stock email stating how busy they are and they are on the way. Company is a fraud. Don't waste your money.

Delivery was a little slow, but that apart, I'm pleased with the insoles. They're not quite the magic bullet I hoped they'd be, but they are good. I've given them a week and I do have significantly less foot pain. All in all, I would order these again

Ordered these Nov 7. The money was taken out then as well. 2 weeks went by and when it arrived at the post office in my town, it said insufficient address. I contacted stepprs and got an auto reply that it was on it's way. Im still tracking it, today is Nov 29, and it says it was in PA on the way to next destination but running late. I have contacted them 3 times and said I wanted a refund, to no avail. Really not happy

I am totally frustrated with this company ordered 4 pairs and followed up twice with an email but no response. Contacted the customer service and sent me a tracking that is non-existent. They have a chat box wanted to cancel my order and have everything refunded but as per their policy they cannot cancel as it has already been processed. I may have to return them when delivered using my money to have it shipped back to them. Totally frustrating. This company only wants your money and customer service is worse.

Waz very comfortable

I was skeptical about buying these insoles, I have been in the construction industry for my entire career, damn these feel GREAT!!!! Very worth it and glad I happened to come across them, I highly recommend them if you stand on concrete all day
