If there were a 0 star button I would select that. I ordered stepprs at the beginning of January and it’s now the middle of April and I STILL haven’t received my package. When I went to ask where my package was I just received automated emails back. There’s no one to talk to and no one available to just refund my money!!! So frustrating!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of insoles, but, something happened and they either got delivered to the wrong place or they never got delivered at all. So I reached out to Stepprs to inform them of the issue. After a couple of weeks they replaced the order and re-sent it. Can’t wait to use them!

Very, very pleased with these insoles. Have tried many different brands over the years but these are the best! Very cushioned and supportive. Would definitely recommend.

The soles are great, you just need to get a number higher and adjust in case you need to, support was amazing, they took a while to answer but who doesn’t. Absolutely amazing people!

Great customer service!

I received the wrong size. I contacted customer support and they can back to me very quickly. They sent replacement insoles and said I could pass on the wrong size ones. Excellent customer service.

After using Stepprs for the past three months I have just ordered four more pairs to go in my other shoes from casual to work boots. Soooo comfortable and supportive. Do yourself a favour if you are on your feet all day get into Stepprs, your feet will love you.

Ordered via facebook two weeks ago No email correspondence but did turn up and are very comfortable.
