Thermometer for incubator
We ordered a new thermometer for our incubator week prior to Christmas. Thermometer arrived cracked in the middle. Called company, sent them a picture. Company sent a shipping label, we sent cracked thermometer back. Received the replacement thermometer in perfect shape yesterday. Very happy with how kind Michelle Jones treated us!

The best scientific supply company out…
The best scientific supply company out there! I am a lab manager/ researcher, and they are the only company that consistently tells the truth about their product availability and stock. They have driven to their warehouse to get information on certain products when I had questions. They find cheaper alternative products that actually work! They have a great sense of humor which makes my workday better every time I contact them. The number of items that have been delayed with VWR, Fisher, Sigma, MidSci, etc. used to make my workday a series of unproductive phone calls and elaborate product searches. Now, I just go to Stellar's website and chat to find the correct product (with Jupe!), and it takes 10 minutes. The product always ships on time, and they are honest about what they don't have. They email me back within the hour, and I have never experienced that with any other scientific supplier. Most of the time I have to call other companies to get a response (usually a vague one), but with Stellar Scientific, I get a response almost immediately. Would highly recommend! They are the absolute best!

This was my first time ordering from…
This was my first time ordering from Stellar. They actually had T75 flasks in stock (amazing right now!) and our cells have grown well in them - no differences noted vs flasks from other suppliers.

Excellent Service
Ben is such an awesome resource for our lab. He has helped us track down in-stock items we can't find anywhere else, ensured with his team that consumables will work based on our needs, and is always available and willing to help quickly. Highly recommend working with Ben and Stellar!
