I've been working with Lee Lowenstein for some time now. He started Stellar to be a fun, innovative company. He wanted to have the different items larger places either didn't carry or they get lost in the millions of items they sell. Lee has always been available to help our lab meet our needs and even more so with the major supply issues the world has seen. He is bringing on more staff who seem to carry his work ethic and attitude for customer service. We at Johns Hopkins are very lucky to have a local supplier who will go out of their way to make sure we can do the work we need to do. Even driving orders to us so not to cause any further delay.

Thank you James for being a long time friend of Stellar Scientific and personal friend as well. These kind words mean so much to all of us here. We're honored to support scientists and treasure the work you all do.

This was one of the fastest orders ever!! The company that I work for needed an incubator and after researching determined that Stellar Scientific had what was needed. The entire time from start to finish was one week. Kudos!!! Great job!!

Everyone is working harder than ever and they appreciate knowing their efforts are acknowledged. Thank you again for choosing Stellar Scientific!

you must let your customer know the status of your stockpile of consumable on your shelf and shipment timeline of your vendor before customer orders.
Response from Stellar ScientificJan 4, 2022
We are very sorry Asif that you feel we failed to deliver excellent service to you. We take complaints very seriously as they help us identify where we can grow and improve. After reviewing the conversations with your sales rep, it is clear she gave correct advice about which pipette tip was in stock and which would have to be shipped from across the country. All the information was made available to you to make the best decision. The cross country tips arrived on schedule, which obviously was an inconvenience to you. We appreciate your valuable time and the opportunity to have been a resource for you.
