Ellis island was very interesting. The photography was amazing. The rooms also took one back in time. The only issue I have is the length of time waiting in the heat for the ferry over. Some AC would have been nice or more fans.

Jett was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and did an excellent job bringing the history of the Statue of Liberty to life. He also shared so many helpful tips throughout the tour that made the entire experience easier and more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made a huge difference. I would highly recommend Jett to anyone visiting the Statue of Liberty. One thing I do think is worth mentioning is that the "Skip the Line" wording is a little misleading. You still board the ferry with everyone else, so it is not a true skip the line experience as I had expected. That said, the boarding process moved very quickly, so it really was not an issue. I just think it's helpful for future visitors to have the right expectation going in.

Boarding was pretty unpleasant from start to finish. It really felt like passenger comfort was an afterthought at best, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

It was for to busy. And with this hot weather it was almost giving me an anxiety attack on the boat.

Our guide, Jacob, was great! But the tour had false advertising as we did not skip any lines. If you don't do well in crowds and booked this thinking you'd avoid the cattle herding, this won't be a great option. We were in line with all the other non private tour folks.
