Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The security and loading process was organized and efficient. The grounds were well maintained and clean. We had a wonderful trip!

I never got to my tour. I spent two hours stuck in traffic and paid over $200 in uber to get there and made it to late. Tried to call. Was just guided back to the Starbucks and sat for 20 minutes until my uber came back. The only thing I was really excited about was seeing the Statue of Liberty and it was the only thing I ended up not doing. It rained on my birthday I was only in town for three days. I sincerely hope I get a chance to make it back one day. But this just kinda ruined my whole trip and reason for picking this trip location. And I didn’t even get a refund for my ticket.

My flight was delayed over 3 hours and we missed our time. I emailed to see if we could reschedule for the next day and because it was past the window to do a reschedule, it was denied and was not given another option. I understand policies to protect a business but when I have no control over an air plane and mechanical problems, a little discretion should be used. Hopefully the next time I’m in New York, I can see the Statue of Liberty but I will not use this company.

I did not like at all. Employees are very rode. They need customer services training, especially entrance guards.

I enjoyed the event from buying the tickets online to the staff directing us to the ferry and the souvenirs available at the gift shop. This was an excellent event and well run.

Sadly, I was unable to take the tour. I was delayed getting to the City (not by choice), and I was unable to see Lady Liberty on my scheduled tour time. Due to my other planned activities, I did not even get a chance to get close to her. It did make my heart sad. It was my first trip to the big city. I plan to return soon to try again to visit this amazing attraction. Not surprisingly, I am sure someone tried to show up and say they were me. Again, I do not understand why people are so interested in my life. I am not that exciting. I just know a lot of amazing people. And, I am thankful everyday for these people that "try" and keep me on the straight and narrow ; )
