I did not like at all. Employees are very rode. They need customer services training, especially entrance guards.

I selected the ticket for going to the pedestal but when I got there I was told I only had a general admission ticket. It was quite embarrassing

Lost our booking so it took ages to sort. No complaint about the agent wr dealt with she was really helpful but the affiliate link through whom we booked seemed to be the problem. Our guide was brilliant and gets 5 stars himself.

Was a good tour but I don’t know why you would think I would want half of my tour spoke in some other language other than English?

The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were fun to see; however, I didn’t realize that Ellis Island is undergoing a ton of construction, so a lot of areas are closed. By far the worst part was the Ferry. You stand out under the sun, packed in like sardines and cows waiting to board. Then it takes another 20 min to board and head to wherever you are going. You will spend far more time dealing with the overcrowding of the Ferry than actually enjoying the sights.

Boarding was pretty unpleasant from start to finish. It really felt like passenger comfort was an afterthought at best, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Tour guide was super nice. But when I booked the experience, I thought we were going to be able to go inside the Statue of Liberty. That was what my kids were most looking forward to! But alas these tickets DO NOT let you go inside the Statue of Liberty, just tour the island and Ellis island. Very misleading. No where on the site did it say this.

Everyone just pushes each other through security, to get on and off the ferry and it was a terrible experience. Also, food lines were too long. You should create single lines with ropes
