We requested tickets inside the Statue and thought that's what we were purchasing, however we were provided general admission tickets good for walking around the island only. We feel like we were scammed by your company and will be requesting a refund from our credit card!

The weather was raining but that helped keep the line short and people off the pedestal. So we could spend as much time as we wanted walking around. Lady Liberty is truly amazing.

Thank you, Carrie! We're so glad the shorter lines let you spend as much time as you wanted with Lady Liberty, rain and all!
