Extremely offensive advertisements. I received a targeted ad on Instagram that was a decorated cake that read, "PSA for the girls: you don't need to be obese to start a GLP-1". I shouldn't have to explain why this is so tasteless and messed up, right? Girls are female children. Not adults. Why are you promoting that female children (who are not obese) should consider taking weight loss medication? Get a moral compass. Sick and disgusting.

Similar experience to many. Credit card was charged 4/7. Understood there was a delay. UPS lost the package, I messaged multiple times starting on 4/22. It is now 4/28 evening, and I still have not received a reply. I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company since Willow will not respond.

My doctor approved my prescription on 4/1 and my credit card was charged the same day. I never heard anything further so I reached back out on 4/13 and my doctor said that “it appeared that I cancelled my order and asked me if that was correct and I told him no I didn’t cancel and my credit card still has the charge on it. Since then it’s been radio silence. I’ve been reaching out to my doctor asking for an update and reached out to customer service multiple times and I haven't gotten any response. They have a message that “We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high volume of inquiries. While we are working diligently to assist everyone as quickly as possible, our estimated response time is currently up to 24 hours.” But it’s now been 9 days without any response from customer service or my doctor!

The doctor is great but the care team response times are terrible. They charged me 4 times for 1 order and 4 days later I’m still waiting to hear back. When you message them it says their usual response time is 2 days which is a lie. I’m trying to avoid a chargeback but this is pretty ridiculous.

I have been writing in the chat and emailing willow for 2 days straight and no one will respond. It’s awful customer service and I’m trying to cancel but no one responds!!!!! I would say do not use this company

I am so incredibly confused. They were doing so well. Everything went smoothly for my first dose. Doctor and customer service were great. I got my first medication for my second refill I got an email and charge about 8 days ago and nothing since. I have messaged customer support countless times with no response I even called the pharmacy where my first medication was filled and they do not have my prescription!! I am so disappointed seems like a scam. Will be reporting them and putting a stop on the charge
