Scam!!! I gained 3.3 pounds!!! They said the drops were as effective as the shots but I gained weight and nothing else changed for me. Now I can’t get anyone to answer my questions. I would NOT order from them.

I was skeptical but got my med timely, however I did not tolerate them at all and ended up in the emergency room. The doctor I messaged was blunt, rude and lacked any empathy for the situation. I was also told by the ER doctor that my dosing was an aggressive ramp up and recommended I see a real primary care doctor if I wanted to try again. It’s scary having no idea or history on the doctor you’re working with and them having almost no information on you.

I feel so bad for people that are leaving one star reviews. That simply has not been my experience. I’m getting quick replies from my doctor online. I have had remarkable weight loss. My cravings for crappy food is gone. I rarely want to have an alcoholic drink. I am down to my perfect size after gaining horrific menopausal weight. And my hot flashes have greatly diminished due to my weight loss. I’ve lost over 20 pounds and I fit so nicely in my clothing. I’m certain when I get my annual physical, my A1c will be very low along with cholesterol. I am now in the maintaining stage.

Only happy with what they have helped me with overcoming so far. I've shed more weight in recent months than I thought I could after a very difficult time attempting it last year. Super nice moving forward

Be patient with this company. They are very busy. It is not instant. I am an overweight woman in menopause. This product has helped me tons. I am losing weight and sleeping great.

Great responsiveness from my doctor and from customer service with any questions or concerns that I had. Grateful for the good communication!

Update to inform everyone that Empower pharmacy (the pharmacy Willow uses to fill their prescriptions) is being SUED by Eli Lily—-the manufacturer of tirzepatide for selling KNOCK OFF versions of the popular weight loss medication. Google it!! Willow will take your money and then not respond to you for weeks. Non-existent customer service and support. It takes 6 business days to get a generic response from anyone——customer service AND correspondence from your Dr. If you need a delay in shipment for travel purposes it’s impossible to communicate that with anyone. Medications from their chosen pharmacy empower take FOREVER and several of my shipments were delayed for DAYS and the medication is shipped via 2 day shipping in a cooler box. Upon arrival (several days later) the medication was hot, ice packs were melted, and I had to reach out to Willow several times and it took over a week for someone to respond to my questions about the safety of my warm medications that were delayed en route. There are so many companies prescribing these medications I would avoid Willow for the extreme lack of any customer service and patient care and compassion.
