Willow targets underage girls with their ads. Text from ad "PSA for girls: you don't need to be obese to start a GLP-1" They are repulsive.

I was on a compounded semaglutide for 6 months with my local pharmacy. I decided to go on a low dose for 6 months with Willow in order to maintain. 1. First, i have doubts about the medication - it does not feel the same way i felt on a similar compounded medication with my local pharmacy (which was very effective) - no changes in appetite, no otherwise effect notices, as if i am not taking anything at all. But ok, let's say my body is used to this dose... 2. I paid for 6 months. I got my first vial, used it was instructed, was fully expected to get the second one on time without having to remind anybody. I saw no shipment notifications and when i reachout out I was told that my 1 (and only) vial was supposed to last the entire time (6 months I suppose) and looks like i used to too fast and noone is planning on shipping me anything else. They charged me $1500 for 1 vial!!! this is more expensive than Ozempic the brand name. This feels like total scam. After me pointing out i paid for 6 months (6 vials) there had been radio silence, If i do not hear back soon i will go to BBB and my credit card company.

Willow is advertising their GLP-1 solutions with fake ads. They display a woman claiming to have lost 15 pounds in 6 weeks with a fake stock image, and a fake profile. I was looking at available online GLP-1 options, and felt this one was both medically dubious and misleading and I was right. Please consult with your doctor and not a company that deceives potential consumers this way.

The process was very smooth and hassle free. Prompt attention to detail and they let me know what was going on every step of the way.

I get that the first month the meds will not make a difference, as the dose is too small, but my medication was not sent in time to contnue into the second month. I was told it was approved on May 17th, that is was "prepared for shipment" on May 24th (and my credit card was charged on that day), that it was "issued" on May 30th, and then today I was told they will let me know when it ships... Its already too late to get it in time to continue the higher 2nd month dose. I have asked for expedited shipping and have received radio silence on that request. Not ok.
