I will edit my post and make it simple. Waiting 2 weeks on almost a weeks worth of credit card deposits to go into an account that other places have been able to deposit to in the meantime is no good for my business. Someone else might be different though. who knows, actually just read their reply and I made all the contact and was told I would be kept informed. well... still waiting.

Acababa de abrir mi nuevo negocio y estaba buscando un gran sistema POS adecuado para un restaurante. Eric de Slice hizo realidad ese sueño y me ofreció la mejor tecnología que necesitaba para trabajar en mi nueva empresa. Zach my sales rep worked tirelessly to make sure I had the right equipment and followed up immediately to make sure I was satisfied.

I am a brand new business first time ever doing this terrified and excited all at the same time Zach from slice help me get the ball rolling and the tech support people followed up in true stellar fashion they got me up and running they did What it took as long as it took and I couldn't be happier

Zach Goldstein was very helpful when explaining the Slice system to me. Answered the questions in the way I could understand. Will be with POS system for years to come.
