This company is a total not legit. My business is closed due to covid. I was a customer for about 7 months. They asked for proof of closure, I gave them the proof. They gave me a number to call for shipping label and return instruction. Sound easy right...not so fast. Apparently, they use a 3rd party for funding. They blatantly told me they don't care my business is permanently closed I still have to continue paying the monthly fee for 3 years. Whether I send the equipment back or not I still have to pay. The sale rep Freddie Told me there was no cancellation fee and no contract. Now I am stuck with $2000 fees. I get minimum of 2 letter a week about the fee. Each time I reach out to them, they say the will escalate the matter and get back to me. I never hear anything back. This has been going for at least 3 months. They block me on Facebook, because I wrote about my experience under their fake advertisement. Their advertisement sound good but you end up more in the long run. I should have go with Square up, they seem more legit. This company is a total scam. They rather blocked customers and pay to removed reviews rather than do the right thing. Make sure you to do your full research on this company before signing up with them. The sales associate are not honest they will say anything to make you sign up. I agree with review below. Check them out on Better Business Bureau, their reviews are terrible there because they can not pay to get them removed. It's been a total nightmare dealing with this company. My advice to new customers DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the trouble.

Clover POS is easy to set up and super user friendly. It makes our lives easy every day and especially when the restaurant is overflowing with customers. I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with Slice. We had to sell our business due to COVID and they will not refund my monthly fee and Slice continues to drain our business dry. Found Slice via a Facebook Ad where they were claiming "0% processing fees" and "No contracts". But... when I signed up and read the fine prints, it appeared both were false claims. You don't pay processing fees BUT your customers are paying a 3.99% surcharge if they pay via credit card. They even give you signage to display in your store about this policy. Could it get worse? Sure! The contract they have you sign includes a 3-yr commitment. Cherry on the cake was their Sales guy "Brett" calling me at 7.15am to harass me with voicemails, calls, etc. and even an e-mail saying "This email is to confirm we have a scheduled time to speak at xxx" despite me asking to be placed on their Do Not Call list. Do yourself a huge favor, pick any other POS and stay away from these shady tactics.
