I am so grateful for this company and my sales rep Zach Goldstein has been phenomenal since being in business with this company my credit card sales has been higher my customers return rate has been higher being able to process credit cards in a fast easy sufficient way giving my customers clarity I am just truly grateful.

The company is very persistent into getting you to purchasing their services. Agents call multiple times a day, even if one answers and states that they are occupied with other engagements, they are still very insistent. These agents give false promises and statements that you can cancel at any given time, that one has a trial period of sixty days, and that one will not be signing a contract. Once one tries to reach the agent that was once constantly harassing them into purchasing their services, they do not answer phone calls or emails, nor do they reach back out. Due to the absent agent, one is left to call customer service and when trying to cancel the service, one is told that they are in a contract for forty eight months when in the original agreement verbally stated by the agent, they state that one would not be committed to any contract. Therefore you are stuck with that contract with an equipment that it does not work.

This service was recommended by a friend as one that's really good for new businesses and is very cost effective for the business owners. I also like the customer service as they take the time to teach u how to use the equipment. Thanks Zack!
