Why not 5 stars?
The online chat person was courteous and helped me choose the phone that was perfect for my needs. (5 stars for the chat person.) Arrived safely in reasonable time. (5 stars for the shipping dept.) Unfortunately the phone didn't work correctly and when I contacted Startechtel the CS person said he was not a tech person, couldn't possibly know about every phone they sell and I was on my own to contact the manufacturer. (0 stars for customer service.) I expected them to offer to replace the defective phone, but they did not.
