Wasted my time
I tried to purchase two DSU III AR DC 1200270L1 units. I gave them my information, but that wasn't enough. I was in a hurry and needed to get the items for a customer we support at Motorola, but they tried to get me to fill out a form, which didn't make any sense to me. I never hard an issue a supplier until now. I didn't have the time to go through the process of filling out a form, emailing it, and then waiting for an unknown amount of time for someone to approve the order. I will not make purchases from this from this company now and in the future. I work in an environment where things need to get done as fast as possible, and I don't need something like this slowing me down when I have Federal customers to serve.

In order to protect both our customers and our business, if we come across billing and shipping addresses that do not match, especially with large orders, we must proceed with caution. Because your order fit this criteria, per our policy, we contacted you soon after your order was placed and asked you to fill out a credit card authorization form. Typically, once we receive the completed form, they are processed in a timely fashion, however, you chose to cancel the order instead. We understand the frustration that may arise when you need an order promptly, however, we were simply following our protocol. It is unfortunate to hear that we have lost you as a customer, but we wish you the best.

Slightly Misleading Product Description, But Great Price and Fast Delivery
We ordered an apartment phone, which was depicted in the photo with a weather and vandal-resistant case. Nowhere in the product description did it say they exterior case was sold separately, so we were surprised when we got the phone and it wasn't with it. The phone manual clearly stated on the front that the case was sold separately so we have ordered it. It would've been nice to know up front, though, as this only delays the installation. However, the price was still the best I could find anywhere, and the phone arrived in a short time. (Ordered on 11/30, delivered by 12/5) All in all, a good review--but more accurate product description would be a good thing to look into.
