First time order, great experience
We ordered 2 phones and 2 modules. The online process was quick and easy. We received our order quickly, within a week, and the order was complete and correct. The equipment operated as it was supposed to. This was our first order and we will not hesitate to order again if the need arises. Very well pleased with experience!

I love the ability to get the …
I love the ability to get the refurbished equipment we need. What I don't care for is the exceptionally high price of shipping. This is a game breaker for our company. If you need a piece quickly it will cost you big time.

We appreciate your business, Gary. Unfortunately, shipping is handled through a third party and they determine the shipping costs, not us. We understand and share your frustration with the high costs of shipping, but, sadly, it is out of our control. The prices seem to continue to go up, especially on overnight packages, similar to the expedited package we shipped to you. Please understand that we do our best to keep costs at a minimum and we often lose money on shipping as a whole. Again, thank you for your business.

Could be better
Of the two phones we purchased one had a bad display and the other had a loud hum..
