I had placed original order for a cordless phone only to find out that it wasn’t compatible with my base phone. Ok mistakes happen. Then I placed second order and received phone that works. I understand that first phone you will not take back. I have everything including box. It would be nice if you would be kind enough to bend the rules a little and let me return that unit. Sometimes you need to do that for great customer satisfaction. Im willing to pay a restocking fee if need be. Please let me know what you think.

Ordered overnight part and was not told the shipment would not make the cutoff time. Be sure that you specify overnight means OVERNIGHT.

The first phone that I ordered for our business was defective with a high pitch noise on the second line. I called the company and the sent another sent there was a one year warranty but I had to return the first phone at my expense.

We had ordered 6 phones and only received 5.

The transaction was fine and delivery was fine, but the product being sold is poor. We purchased 4 "reconditioned" phones for our system. We are very experienced with this phone as own many and have purchased many remanufactured phones from other suppliers past. 3 of the 4 phones did not work properly and we have not opened the 4th one yet. This particular phone has an inherent problem with the receiver hook button that breaks and has to be repaired. 2 of the phones had broken receiver buttons out of the box. The 3rd phone has a speaker that does not work. So the phones were not inspected or remanufactured, just used. We repaired the two phones with the receiver button problem ourselves.

I purchased a conference room speaker phone. I still don't have it working. Call and was told to find someone local to set it up. No help, no assistance. Trying to find someone who can get it set up for me.

While this website seems to offer a wide variety of items, many items are lacking a full description or photo. I took a chance and ordered a wireless handset battery that was in no way compatible. I was unable to return this item after purchase. Now I am stuck with an item I will never use.
