One of the best suppliers I have worked with for many years. Betty, the sales Representative is very responsive and quick, offers very competitive prices, and always meet promised delivery schedule.

The Module I bought is hard to find reconditioned. They sent the wrong module and did correct it. I would have given 5 stars had the communicated better when there were delays. I have the correct module now and it works well.

Overall, a good experience. Speed dial did not work on one phone we received. I have not contacted them for replacement yet.

I received refurbished phones at a fair price. A couple of phone were either missing rubber feet or a phone manual. Another phone I needed to pay almost $9 to ship it back in order to get them to give me a phone that displayed the phone lines. If it was not for the freight I had to pay I would have given a 5 star review, but $9 freight on a $42 phone is not fair. The customer service was very friendly and professional. I received all eight of my phones very quickly. All in all, I'm very happy with the quality of my refurbished phones.

I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.

I like Startechtel. They have quality parts and ship quickly. My only gripe is every time I order something, which is fairly frequently, I get hounded to review them. They are like an insecure girl friend. Really. I do like you. Stop.

Arrived in Good Shape and Worked Perfectly, a little pricey but not out of line with other suppliers. Shipped promptly. Good customer service. Will buy from them again.
