Thank you for your feedback, OJS. It is regretful to hear that the RCA Corded Slimline phone (White) you ordered was not what you expected. On our product page, under the Documents tab, we provide our customers with a link to the User Guide, which, in fact, has the dimensions listed. We also provide Live Chat and our phone number to speak with our representatives who can answer questions regarding our products before placing orders. Other than the size of the phone, we do hope you are pleased with its performance and function.

We have an older phone system and can no longer find new replacement office phones. We have purchased some reconditioned phones from StarTechTel and so far we have not had any issues. Shipping was prompt and the price was within reason

Good Service
I've purchased refurbished phones through the years for my system and these were as good as any of the others for about half the price.

Excellent!
I quickly received quotes for the products I was looking for and they also delivered all products in a timely manner. Most important for me: The products were well packaged, brand new and the manufacturer recognizes the company as a reseller. Got burned before making some orders from Amazon that ended up having no warranty because they were sold by non-authorized resellers.
