Orderung from Startechtel was fast and smooth. Delivery was quick also.
Orderung from Startechtel was wonderful. Todd Faouri took my request, and sent me a fast turn around quote. Once I gave the approval, sent the PO, he had them ordered and within days I had a Email with shipping information. The items were delivered, and the nvoice paid. This was a fast and smooth trabsaction. Thank you Todd and Thank you Startechtel. Richard Rogers Seattle Public Schools

We appreciate your feedback, Tracy. As an industry standard, and as specified clearly in the description on the product page of our website, the power supplies are sold separately. We do apologize that you feel the transaction was a waste of time as it could have been easily remedied by ordering a power supply. Again, we encourage our customers to speak with a representative should any questions arise, and we do so by providing Live Chat and listing our phone number on our website.
