Fast shipment!

I had a great experience with Gabby. She acted promptly and was on top of it! I received my items right away.

There are two problems with the phone I received. Since it has fast dialing features, it would have been helpful to have a users manual to use it. The second problem was that I didn't get a dial tone. It was dead. Therefore I would like to exchange it for a working phone. However, if I can't get a manual, the phone would be useless to me. In that case I would prefer a refund for the phone and for the shipping charges for returning It.

Nice people.

I've only recently discovered Startechtel. I am very satisfied with not only the service I received when placing my order, and the speed in which I received the products, but I am also very satisfied with the products I ordered. I highly recommend this company.

Best service and best price

It was truly a pleasure to deal with startechtel.com as the replacement power supply for our Pilot 100 was the perfect fix to our voice mail. I was confident that the power supply they recommended would work, but it was as easy as plug in and away we go.

The company was wonderful to deal with. I had everything professionally explained to me before the purchase and everything went smooth. As a small company.. I was initially hesitant to invest the kind of money their products bring, however now that the headset and handset lifter are in place.. I have to say it is invaluable. Our secretary often has to leave the desk for work needs and the fact that she can answer the phone from where ever she is on our building, or take calls with her to check on something is a very smart use of time. I recommend these products and this company to anyone.
