Startechtel.comReviews of startechtel.com

I've purchased refurbished phones on 3 different occasions for a discontinued office system. I keep returning because the phones have accidentally fallen off the desks. I highly recommend their service.

Great product and service, fast shipping.

Great companyand awesome price

Arrived in Good Shape and Worked Perfectly, a little pricey but not out of line with other suppliers. Shipped promptly. Good customer service. Will buy from them again.

Good value., prompt shipping.

Everything worked and the order process was simple

Your customer service was very helpful and efficient. My product was shipped and received on time.

When we first received the phone, the handle did not work, only the speaker worked. We could hear the person calling us but the person on the other end couldn't hear a word we said. We realized only the speaker worker. We did not want to return it back so we tried different things, it still did not work. Then we decided to change the current handle with one of the inter-tel phones we have and it has been working perfectly since. We are glad we did not have to return it and that it is working great.
