Startechtel.comReviews of startechtel.com

Received item on time and as described.

Startechtel did not have the exact phone that I was looking for but they did have my second choice. I called and the gentleman took my order and shipped my phone to me right away. I am please with my order and Startechtel customer service.

Good communication and product arrived on time and in good shape.

The original order was very easy to place. Your employee was great to deal with. Shipping was extremely fast. When I had a problem with the phone, I called and again had a great service assistant, Joanna. In a short discussion she gave me something to try and it worked. The phone is now working properly. I always felt that your employees enjoyed helping meand they did so quickly.

The phone I ordered was exactly what I wanted. You can raise or lower the ring and the sound. The phone looks like an old phone, but works like a modern push button. Prompt delivery also. I'm very pleased.

Excellent service

Good knowledge!

I had 4 bad phones out of a 10 phone order that were bad that I ordered in November 2017. I had to pay $42 shipping to have them warranty repaired in March 2018. I think I'm done with them.
