need to keep pairing hearing devises

I can't hear out of them. ANY other noise drowns out the information from my hearing aids.

Thanks to a special lady Ashaleigh. My wife and I are looking forward to getting our hearing aids from the Sound Point office in Casa Grande. As usual with insurance companies, we were getting a run around. Ashaleigh got involved and in a very short time we got our appointments scheduled and will finally get our devices. I was a Health care CEO for over 35 years and I know how rare it is today to find someone that really cares about patients and their needs. Ashaleigh proved that that type of commitment exists at Sound Point. With great people like this we highly recommend their services to everyone.

Still trying to decide if I like these! My old ones just needed an adjustment once in 7/8 years! There’s have been adjusted 4 times already! I have an appointment in 2 weeks and we will see!

Service was excellent!! Knowledge and communication with staff members was superior. I would highly recommend Starkey Hearing Aids at New Sound Hearing/ Georgetown Tx.

What made my experience great was that I could hear better.

I really like the audiologist. She’s personable as well as knowledgeable and efficient.
