I could hear better with my previous Starkey devices. Disappointed

This is my 3rd pair. I have been wearing Sharkey Hearing aids for 10 years. My only complaint is the cost! The pair I am currently wearing I bought a few months ago. The Aug 11 appt was a follow up on the latest new aids.

These hearing aids work great.

I returned my hearing aids. The hearing aids and interface with the Starkey app failed. This rendered The hearing aids unusable and interfered with my limited natural hearing. The hearing aid adjustments for sound clarity were temporary. Once the hearing aids are put on the charger they reset, the adjustments done for sound clarity are gone. The hearing aids lose power quickly and at different times, not in sink with each other.
