I love my new hearing aids
I love my new hearing aids. I was treated well by the staff, who was in no rush to get my hearing tested & hearing aids adjusted.

I upgraded my hearing aids to improve…
I upgraded my hearing aids to improve my hearing and these did just that. Comfortable to wear and I love not having to deal with batteries.

Great, but Typical New Release Bugs
Units fit well and hold a great charge. Since the last firmware update, they have been riddled with Bluetooth connectivity issue and poorer sound transfer. I just need to get back to the office to see if a corrected update is available.

Has pairing issues with android phone
Has pairing issues with android phone. Often disconnects during the day. Must hit volume button on phone for hearing aid to connect to streaming audio or phone calls.

I love the Starkey Audibel hearing…
I love the Starkey Audibel hearing aids. Great to be able to hear again. So convenient also that hearing aids are like apple iPods.

Analysis resolved the issue
The issue with batteries that seemed to not hold power was resolved through their troubleshooting! Staff are helpful and considerate.

Outstanding Audiologist
The quality and performance of the hearing aids are excellent . What most differentiates Good Sound Audiology is the superlative service and demeanor of Jose Rodriguez and his staff. It was such a delight that to encounter their advanced professionalism.
