Very thorough and professional from testing to fitting of hearing aids. Pamela was excellent at explaining the features and capabilities of the hearing aids and adjusting them to my needs. New hearing aids require a period of adjustment. The streaming device is necessary for watching tv as the hearing aids alone did not solve tv sound clarity. Background noise and tinnitus ringing is still an issue. This may improve as I have only had the aids for 3 months.

I didn’t order anything.

I have recalibrated this aid through my audiologist dozens of times. It is now set as tinny sound for everything from radio/TV to face to face talking. Any sound such as putting a book down on a table, turning a key in a lock, anything at all, the AI swooshes high pitch for 10 seconds before it realises I don't want to hear that background incidental noise and it calms down to the tinny setting. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Surely not all hearing aids are this bad?

DO NOT buy Starkey Omega AI hearing aids. I paid nearly $6,000 for these “premium” hearing aids and have had nothing but problems. The left hearing aid battery completely failed after only 9 months. My ENT office had to send it back to Starkey, and I was without it for 29 days. Then, just six months later, the right hearing aid died too. Another repair. Another month without a hearing aid — 32 days this time. Before buying, I was told the rechargeable batteries should last 3–5 years. Mine didn’t even make it a year. What makes this worse is the repair turnaround time. Hearing aids are not optional devices for many people. Being without them for a month at a time seriously affects communication and daily life. I even wrote directly to the CEO and never received any response. For a company selling expensive “high-end” hearing aids, both the product reliability and customer service have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking at other brands before spending this kind of money.

These hearing aids buzz everytime I get near a machine, microwave, refrigerator, furnace and when I get a text on my phone or when I'm riding in the car. I can hear better with these, however, the buzzing is awful. The staff doesn't know how to fix it. Been there enough times and still buzzing.

I have had hearing aids for 2 days & have struggled with the app for my android phone, finally gave up tried their support, 8:35 AM chat bot tells to CALL, hard of hearing person on phone (?) between 7:30 AM & 6 PM but there is a NO representative available now!! Not the best start!!

The app between Apple devices is shite !
