Steve gave us excellent service. He guided us from the beginning, we were impressed with his knowledge, patience and professionalism. We took a couple of months to decide whether to install the chairlift. Steve didn’t push us at all. We are very happy with our decision to go ahead with Stannah’s chairlift.

The person who came to remove my old stairlift and install the new one was pleasant, on time and knew exactly what he was doing. It was a hard job and he did it quickly and efficiently.

From beginning to end the process was simple, easy and quick. I was also amazed at the pricing. Had I of known how affordable stair lifts can be, I would of purchased one years ago. The install was a couple hours long, and there was no mess or major disruption to my staircase or drywall. The installer was great and demonstrated how the lift worked, answered all our questions and made my mom feel confident in using the lift. I am also happy that the seat folds up/turns so that we can still use the stairs when needed. I have had no issues with the lift, no issues with the batteries charging it holding a charge. Having the stair lift really makes me have piece of mind that my mom can get upstairs/downstairs now safely. Her call risk and injury has decreased

My chair was installed. Several issues did pear. First, it was louder than I expected besides the sound of chest the chair moving on its rail. There is the beeping noise that is there because of the railing that is extending to the floor and the beeping before you can send the chair up the stairs. Also, it does rattle a bit where the steps attached to the stairs. It always makes me feel a little uneasy. The other issue is the chair really only turns about 75% at the top not 85%.
