The sales person (Richard) was very familiar with the product and was able to answer questions that my wife and I had. However he was also a bit "pushy"and did not allow time for any comparison shopping,consequently, I feel that I should have done more research before purchasing this unit. Now about the installer, also had experience ,and got right to the task ,very personable but just a tad inexperienced. For example, he burned several spots in the carpet by laying a hot tool(drill bit) on the carpet. and was about to leave without saying anything, but I saw the burn marks and told him I was not happy about them.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every one was efficient, polite and knowledgeable in their positions. The installation only took a rather short period of time and the tech was very respectful of my house and cleaned up when he finished.

Everything went well. No hi sell tactics. Everything was explained in detail by Gene. Anthony was professional and courteous. Really enjoying my stair lift.

Installation was carried out efficiently and clear explanation of how it all worked. Also told me to claim on my income tax.

They came visit and assess the situation, explained what our options were and gave us a reasonable price. Installed in a day with care, we now ride with confidence!!
