It took longer than quoted to arrive, we ordered it on May 19th and quoted 6-8 weeks so between June 30th and July 14th we should have received it and it was installed on Aug. 1st, almost 11 weeks. The earliest they could install it was July 28th, 10 weeks, as someone was on paternity leave but I had to be in the hospital that day for 3 nights to have tests for AFib done. I prefer the seatbelt on the one we demoed at Arrow in Fremont. as this one is a bit tight to get on as it doesn't fasten on top like the other. I would be happy for them to change the arms on the stairlift with the one that fastens on top. I felt I had to keep emailing to get communication. I had to go to the hospital to try a drug/tests for AFib and really wanted it installed by then , and it should have been but ran late. It works but not very comfortable. I'm just trying to set the record straight so customers are aware there may be delays.

From sales to installing the information was explained The visit to the showroom was helpful. The installer did a wonderful job. He is a craftsman. He explained the operation of the lift to our satisfaction.

The installation duo - Jeff & Kevin - came at the scheduled time. They efficiently installed the stair lift and gave us the chance to try using it before they left. They also cleaned their work area and left the place really tidy.
