We are very pleased with the Stannah stairlift we purchased for my 86-year-old mother. It is smooth, quiet, comfortable, and very easy for her to operate. It has made using the stairs much safer and easier for her and has given our family great peace of mind. We would definitely recommend Stannah to anyone considering a stairlift for an elderly loved one.

This chair lift has made getting to our 2nd floor safe, quiet, and useful for my husband with Parkinson's to carry things upstairs. Very efficient , quick installation by professional. We have had it for 2 mos . Recommend Stannah!

Stannah Stairlifts is a great company. Every person we had contact with was professional and personable. They truly care that their product meets each individual's needs. Here's why we went with Stannah despite the fact that their quote was the highest we received. 1. They asked about my husband's mobility (as did the others) but then they said that they recommend the auto-swivel chair that swings the seat without him having to do that manually, leaning over the stairs to do it. Nobody else said that! 2. Stannah manufactures their own stairlifts and as of now, only does stairlifts (though they may be branching out to home elevators). We like that focus. 3. The final reason we went with Stannah is they lead the pack in excellent customer service, according to every review we saw. We worry about so much every day...it's wonderful not to have to worry about the stairs in our home any longer! Such a relief! Thank you to Greg our installer too! Such a nice, friendly man!
