We bought a Stannah stairlift about three weeks ago. Before we did, we looked thoroughly at three other companies; Stannah was our first choice. The whole process went extremely smoothly. Jamie Smith came to our home to explain to us how the lift would work for us. Then he went out of his way to show us the unit in their office and answer the many questions that we asked him in the following days. After we decided to purchase a Stannah stairlift, Joe came to our home and installed it in a matter of a few hours. He was very professional and informative about how to use the stairlift. We are very happy with the unit. My wife uses it every day to go up and down the stairs to our upper floor. I find it a little too noisy, but it is not a nuisance. We would recommend Stannah highly.

We have only had our stair lift for 1 week however we are so grateful to have a safe way for our mom to be able to go upstairs. The customer service rep who completed the estimate and the service step installers were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

The entire experience has been great from start to finish. Rich Selah, our sales professional was wonderful. He took his time to answer all questions and was super responsive with follow up details. The install guys were a pleasure and made sure my parents were comfortable with the lifts before they left. Follow up service was very prompt when we needed a minor adjustment.

I appreciate the help Tony gave me,and also the help Greg gave me when I had the lift installed a week later. The stairs have been a great addition, and have made me a lot less worried about falling or getting trapped by a fire
