From the experienced sales rep to the quality install, explanation and demo, Stannah is Quality and safety for your home. We looked at alternative lifts, but trusted the Stannah reviews and couldn't be happier. The lift is a straight run covering 14 steps and has been a Godssend for my wife. My only regret is that we didn't contact Stannah sooner. The workmanship, product quality and techs are first rate and we would recommend Stannah to anyone willing to listen.

Stannah Stairlifts are the way to go if you are downsizing to a 55 and older complex. It comes in handy if you have an elderly visitor or if someone is injured and can't climb your stairs, or if that package is just too be to carry up the stairs. The people are very knowledgeable and accomadating when you are making your decision on your choice of the right to choose. After looking into other companies, I am glad I went with Stannah. Since the lift was installed, I have referred Stannah to a few people.

I would never refer anyone to Stannah!!! I was told there was 24 hour customer service. That is nowhere near the truth. An answer service answers the phone on the weekends but no one is available if the chairlift breaks on the weekend. My mother has been stuck twice in the basement on two different weekends. Thank God she lives with me, at least I could take food to her. Can you imagine what it would be like for her if she lived alone? There is no customer service on the weekend. I wish I had not chosen this company. I have nothing good to say about it. Shame on the salesman that told us they would be there 24 hours a day if we needed them.

I've researched different stairlifts for my parents. Stannah came in and made my parents feel at ease right way. The installation went well. It has allowed my parents to remain in their home. The Stannah people were wonderful to work with and they stood behind the product when it needed to be serviced. I recommend Stannah if you are in the market for a stairlift.

Worked well for us. The batteries did fail before a 6month period but were replaced.
